As a Key Account Manager Offshore Wind at SarensProjects, you are at the forefront of large-scale technical projects. You organize and coordinate global heavy lifting and engineered transport projects related to Offshore Wind Farm components. It’s a varied and challenging role in one of the fastest-growing sectors.

You’ll own the client relationship - from first conversation to closed deal - combining your technical insight and sales acumen to bring high-value offshore projects to life.

Your responsibilities

You are the strategic partner clients count on to solve tough offshore wind logistics. We are looking for someone who will focus on Danish market.

You will:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular site visits
2. Identify new opportunities and actively prospect within the offshore wind sector
3. Analyze client needs and engineer bespoke heavy lifting and transport solutions
4. Select the optimal mix of equipment (SPMTs, cranes, strand jacks, jacking systems, barges,
5. Prepare and present technical-commercial tenders in collaboration with inside sales
6. Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing
7. Ensure accurate reporting and seamless handover to the operations team
8. Travel to key sites in Europe ±30% of the time (., Denmark, UK, Belgium)

Your profile
You combine technical know-how with commercial drive. You're curious, persuasive, and motivated to close deals that make an impact.


We’re looking for someone with:

9. A Bachelor's or Master's degree (engineering, construction…) or equivalent experience
10. 3+ years in a technical-commercial role within heavy industry, maritime, or on-/offshore wind
11. Excellent communication skills in English
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
13. Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
14. Experience with CRM systems and MS Office

Nice to have:

15. Familiarity with offshore wind project lifecycles
16. Fluent Danish and/or Dutch
17. Experience with engineered transport or heavy lifting operations
18. Sales training or certification
