What You’ll Do
* Lead our Research Team across immigration, tax, banking and global regulatory topics
* Build and maintain a powerful vendor network worldwide
* Develop new immigration and tax program insights, ensuring accuracy and clarity
* Support our Strategy, Sales, and Client Success teams with updated, actionable research
* Oversee fact‑checking for YouTube + blog content
* Ensure internal data is updated daily
* Manage requests from leadership and provide solutions quickly
* Run weekly team meetings, performance reviews and goal‑setting
What You Bring
Hard Skills
* BA in IR, Law, Business, Economics (Master’s preferred)
* Expertise in immigration, tax, banking or international research
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical + problem‑solving ability
* Excellent communication and cultural awareness
* High ownership, no‑permission‑needed mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines
* Organized, proactive and extremely detail‑oriented
