Head of Sales BENE & Registered Director – Industrial Maintenance Services (M/F/X)
Hays is recruiting a Head of Sales BENE & Registered Director for a client active in industrial maintenance solutions, wear protection and specialised welding. With more than a century of presence on the international market, Castolin is known for its technical expertise, high-value repair solutions and comprehensive industrial support. The Belgian site has around thirty employees and is built on a strong service culture, hands-on field expertise, close customer relationships and continuous skills development. The working environment combines technical know‑how, entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus within an international industrial group undergoing major modernisation.
In this position, you will lead the commercial team across Belgium and the Netherlands. Your mission is to drive revenue growth while providing strong support, structure and leadership to the team.
Organising and coordinating the activities of a team of six sales managers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Leading by example: supporting your teams in the field during client visits and demonstrations.
Maintaining a healthy balance between managing existing accounts and developing new opportunities (50% farming / 50% hunting).
Developing sales of industrial services: maintenance, repair, coatings and anti‑wear solutions.
Managing complex sales cycles within demanding industrial environments.
Successfully closing strategic, high‑value contracts.
Working closely with the group’s senior management to ensure strategic alignment.
Managing a role that is 80% business development and 20% people management.

You report directly to the President of the group and collaborate daily with the other site directors.
You hold an engineering degree, ideally in metallurgy or chemistry.
You have proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager or Maintenance Manager in a technically demanding environment (defence, aeronautics, metallurgy, cement, energy, heavy infrastructure…).
You have strong experience in selling high-value technical services and managing complex contracts, including multi‑million‑euro agreements.
You have demonstrated experience in team management and employee development.
You are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
