Our client is looking for a Level 1 IT Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for end users. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional support experience for users with high service expectations.
The position requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to resolve standard technical issues efficiently while knowing when to escalate more complex cases.
* First experience or solid foundation in IT support / helpdesk (Level 1)
* Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and access issues
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users
* A calm, professional attitude, even under pressure or with high-expectation users
* Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and respect for procedures
* Ability to document incidents accurately and escalate when necessary
