What you’ll do
* Execution and planning of the whole business email marketing strategy;
* Create from scratch email chains for business goals like sales, activation, and retention of users;
* Plan and develop different types of email marketing campaigns, their timing, business logic, and content for different audience segments depending on the business goal;
* Control domain reputation and implement effective tactics for spam filters, unsubscribe process, and negative audience feedback management;
* Create a content plan, mailing lists, campaign setups, and relevant templates;
* Manage the delivery of email product and marketing campaign types, integration, and automation with email services like Mailchimp;
* Monitor the effectiveness of email campaigns, optimize their performance indicators;
* Talk to your Replika— hands-on usage keeps feedback loops short and insights fresh
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2C apps with subscriptions;
* CRM management, ability to work with client/user databases;
* Technical skills in working with email marketing platforms/solutions like Mailchimp;
* Experience in using GA4, Amplitude, Tableau;
* Ability to analyze the campaigns, databases, and different user sources, which indicators and databases are affected by CRM marketing campaigns;
* Understanding of metrics used to analyze campaigns, ability to interpret analytical dashboards
* Experience in creating sales, activation, and retention campaigns;
* Upper-Intermediate English level;
Bonus points
* Built or managed CRM in multiple languages/markets/products simultaneously
* Interest or experience in building/using AI to personalize content, email marketing automations
* Ability to collaborate with A-players in a growth team
* Motivation and willingness to execute in the most competitive market with such companies as OpenAI, Perplexity, Character AI, and others who don’t and won’t stop innovating just like us
