Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant specializing in Generative AI and intelligent (Agentic) systems. You will be embedded directly with our prestigious clients to design, build, and deploy transformative AI-driven solutions tailored specifically to their business challenges.
What You'll Do:
* Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with client teams to identify opportunities where Generative and Agentic AI solutions can significantly enhance their operations.
* Generative AI Development: Implement cutting-edge generative models for use cases like text and content generation, customer support automation, and predictive analysis.
* Agentic System Design: Architect and deploy intelligent agent solutions leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen to automate complex workflows and enhance real-time decision-making capabilities.
* Technical Expertise: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle from model development and fine-tuning to robust deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* MLOps & Monitoring: Apply best practices in MLOps, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
* Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in Exsolvæ's internal "Cerebro Sessions," contributing your insights and experiences to our Solver community.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory):
* Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Science or AI-focused roles, with proven expertise in Generative and Agentic AI.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills, experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and practical knowledge of generative AI toolkits (OpenAI, Hugging Face).
* Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience deploying AI models and systems using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Agentic AI Skills: Proven experience developing and implementing intelligent agent systems, familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
* Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluent in either French or Dutch (mandatory), ideally both.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to effectively interface with client teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in fine-tuning and customizing large language models (LLMs).
* Familiarity with advanced prompt engineering methodologies (RAG, ReAct).
* Previous consultancy experience or demonstrated client-facing roles.
* Strong business acumen to align AI solutions with strategic client goals.
