In this role you will:
* Assess bid-returns and recommend preferred bidders based on defined criteria
* Draft contract documentation ensuring alignment with O&M's, delivery systems, generation equipment and installations
* Lead the development and launch of an inventory management system, utilizing automated data analytics and reporting capabilities
* Partner in assessing quality events, including site investigations, evaluating findings and ensuring corrective and preventative measures are implemented
* Support gathering of market intelligence and be able to provide data analytics and reports to Client
* Work with the Client Operations Team and Suppliers, including follow-up and managing all information relating to purchase orders
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience as a Contracts Manager in a consulting and/or construction company
* Have worked within the Data Centre sector or similar
* Have demonstrated experience in developing and launching inventory management systems
* Have a degree or comparable experience in a related construction or business administration discipline
* Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes/ Belgium (you must have the legal right to work already)
* Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
* Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
