Chief Technical Officer e-Health
We are looking for a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) with a passion for e-Health, ready to transform the digital healthcare landscape. If you are a technological visionary with a strong background in the healthcare sector and enjoy working closely with technical teams, this opportunity is for you.
Your Mission
As CTO, you will champion the technological vision of our client and their solutions, while providing supportive leadership to an ambitious and motivated tech team. As a member of the leadership team, you will be a key contributor to the overall strategy, working closely with the CEO and other departments.
In charge for the technical direction of innovative digital health projects, you will work closely with the technical, product, and sales teams to ensure that solutions meet market needs and simplify the daily lives of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the technical strategy for e-Health solutions.
* Lead development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
* Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our offerings.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare and data regulations.
* Mentor and train technical team members to foster their professional development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in software development technologies and cloud architectures.
* Proven experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in e-Health projects, would be a definite asset.
Languages
* Fluent French
* Conversational English
* Dutch is an asset

* An initial phone screening (30 minutes with Christine)
* Structured Interview (75 to 90 minutes with Sébastien)
* Psychometric testing to identify potential behavioral patterns
* Based on your self-assessment (in PPT format) and our evaluation of the potential of the multiple applications, we will submit the top 3-4 candidates to our client.
* Interviews with our client between 23/06/2025 and 04/07/2025
