Your Mission:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Agile development teams. Your expertise will ensure that business requirements are captured, challenged, and translated into actionable solutions that drive value. You’ll work in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment, supporting the Product Owner and ensuring seamless implementation of digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Product Owner to define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and conduct impact analyses.
* Lead co-creation workshops to gather, challenge, and refine business needs.
* Prioritize and filter business demands, balancing costs and benefits to align with organizational goals.
* Develop comprehensive business cases, including benefits and cost analyses.
* Translate business processes into clear functional requirements and document them in tools like Confluence.
* Ensure stakeholder alignment through effective communication and workshops.
* Support testing phases by contributing to test scenarios and validating outcomes.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within an Agile framework.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 2-3 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, BPMN, user stories, and modern analysis tools.
* Mindset: Proactive, data-driven, and passionate about process optimization.
* Communication: Strong ability to engage stakeholders, tell compelling stories, and challenge constructively.
* Affinity: Interest in web/mobile applications and UX design is a plus.
