And now we need someone who will bring our brand to life through motion — making every video, animation, and visual feel like us.
✨ The Role — Video & Motion Designer
Based in Brazil. Watched everywhere.
You'll own everything that moves — from short-form social videos to product demos to animated brand assets.
You'll:
* Produce and edit videos for social, ads, webinars, and campaigns
* Create motion graphics and animations that match our brand vibe
* Create 2D and/or 3D motion videos for software/feature launches
* Turn raw footage, slides, and talking heads into polished, engaging content
* Build reusable motion templates so we can scale content without starting from scratch every time
* Keep visual consistency across every video touchpoint — LinkedIn, YouTube, landing pages, events
* Collaborate with Marketing to prioritize, produce, and ship fast
* Support launch moments, product updates, and campaigns with video that actually converts
This is a build-the-video-machine job.

Your mission:
Make WeTransact impossible to scroll past.
You will be the person who:
* Makes every video feel cohesive, on-brand, and scroll-stopping
* Designs for performance — not just pretty, but clickable
* Tests formats, cuts, and hooks to see what resonates
* Iterates fast based on what the data says
* Tracks engagement, views, and conversions — and acts on them
* Builds templates and systems so good content scales
* Sets the bar for "what a WeTransact video looks like" and protects it
* Thinks like a content strategist, not just an editor
This role is end-to-end: Concept → script support → edit → motion → publish → measure → improve → scale. If a video underperforms, you don't wait for a brief. You test a new hook. You tighten the cut. You try a different format. You own the outcome. This is real creative + system-level leadership.
Who You Are
* 5+ years in video editing and motion design
* Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent)
* You think about retention and conversion, not just aesthetics
* B2B or SaaS content experience
* Fluent portuguese + fluent English
* Ownership mindset — you treat every video like it's your brand
* Experience with short-form social content (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Reels)
* Familiarity with Figma for asset handoffs
* B2B SaaS startup experience
* Eye for copywriting and storytelling (bonus if you can write a hook)
* Experience building motion template libraries
* 3D Motion Experience
