About the Role
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong communication skills in multiple languages.
Language Requirements
Candidates must have English + one of the following language combinations:
* German + Dutch
* Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian)
* Finnish + Swedish
Important: You do not need all languages — one full combination is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
* Follow internal processes and KPIs
* Collaborate with international teams
* Maintain accurate records in systems
Requirements
* Fluency in English + one of the listed language combinations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
