* You ensure continuity of procurement activities during the absence period.
* You bring structure and clarity to procurement processes and documentation.
* You support compliance initiatives, including preparation for NIS2.
* You assist in setting up procurement reporting and KPIs.
* You manage and execute procurement dossiers across various categories and suppliers.
* You support internal stakeholders with supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract management.
* You actively manage supplier relationships and performance.

What are we looking for?
* You have extensive experience as a
Senior Buyer
or
interim procurement consultant
.
* You possess a strong background in
operational and tactical procurement
.
* You have demonstrated ability to bring structure and overview.
* You can set up processes and documentation efficiently.
* You are pragmatic in working within established organizations.
* You have an affinity with
compliance-driven environments
, with experience in NIS2, ISO, audits, or governance being a strong plus.
* You are self-starting, proactive, and can ramp up quickly.
* You have strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
* You have at least 7 years in
operational and tactical procurement
; 7+ years of experience in
supplier management
.
* You have expertise in
contract management
, including negotiations and renewals for over 5 years.
* You possess knowledge of
procurement reporting
and KPI frameworks with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
* You are proficient in
Dutch
at a native or bilingual level.
* You have professional working proficiency in
French
and
