To support this growth, G-TEK is recruiting an International Business Developer.
As an International Business Developer, you are responsible for driving sales and expanding G-TEK's key accounts and prospects in central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands). You meet regularly with customers and new prospects – both on-site and online – as well as close coordination with internal teams. Thanks to your experience in contract negotiations, you secure agreements that benefit both the customer and G-TEK. Your main goal is to develop business and to make sure G-TEK grows with high profitability in a sustainable way.
You have at least five years of experience in sales, customer management or a related role, including at least two years as a Key Account Manager or in a similar strategic role.
You have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, allowing you to handle complex business agreements with confidence.
Your analytical mindset and interest in technology enable you to develop insightful strategies based on customer data and market trends.
You organise your planning on a proactive and self-driven way.
You are fluent in English. German knowledge is preferable for this region.
