Overview Opportunity for a Transformation Director in Employee Benefits (Must Have)
For our client, we are seeking a Program Director with experience in Employee Benefits to lead a multi-year transformation of core benefits platforms and target architecture. This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of new enterprise solutions, harmonised products, and streamlined business processes across multiple benefits offerings.
The Program Director will report to the board, while working in close alignment with the CIO and other senior business, technology, and group-level stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a highly complex, business-critical transformation across one of the most significant operating regions within the client group.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full program lifecycle, including strategy, design, planning, implementation, and rollout.
Oversee the delivery of the new core benefits platform and target architecture, ensuring minimal localisation.
Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology, ensuring strong alignment with regional and global leadership.
Direct multi-vendor solution delivery, balancing business requirements with technical complexity.
Drive program governance, benefits realisation, and long-term capability development.
Adapt delivery plans to evolving strategic priorities.
12-15+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs within Employee Benefits
Deep experience in multi-vendor management and complex delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Experience delivering core benefits platforms, policy administration systems, or enterprise architecture transformations.
Strong program governance, financial oversight, and risk management capabilities.
