About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand their global footprint. You will own the company’s international commercial strategy, building strong distributor networks and converting field trials into recurring sales. Acting as a bridge between science and the market, you will be the ambassador of the products to farmers, distributors, and key agribusiness partners.
Responsibilities
* Lead international business development across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East
* Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with distributors, cooperatives, and major farm owners
* Actively manage distributors, ensuring they are trained, supported, and commercially effective
* Support and coordinate field trials and demonstrations, translating scientific results into practical benefits
* Work closely with R&D and scientific leadership to bring products to market
* Travel extensively to open doors, support trials, and engage key accounts
* Contribute to brand awareness, market strategy, and education initiatives
Qualifications
* Educational background in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related field
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of agronomy, soil biology, biostimulants, and biological crop protection
* Experience in technico-commercial roles, business development, or sales in agriculture or AgriTech
* Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and highly autonomous
* Strong negotiator and closer, comfortable managing complex international deals
* Relationship-driven, able to communicate with farmers, distributors, scientists, and executives
* High energy, resilient, and willing to travel extensively
* Languages: Fluent English required. Any other language is a plus.
