We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Medium Voltage) to join a dynamic team active in electrification, energy infrastructure and automation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and project execution of medium‑voltage switchgear projects, from specifications analysis to final delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget and deadlines are met.
Projects are mainly based in Belgium, with occasional international exposure.
Your role
Analyse technical specifications and customer requirements
Define, verify and validate medium‑voltage technical solutions
Act as the technical interface between customers, factories and internal teams
Launch and coordinate engineering activities
Configure medium‑voltage switchgear using dedicated tools
Follow up production and planning with manufacturing teams
Manage project stakeholders, including technicians and subcontractors
Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and organize Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and financial KPIs
Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Cross‑functional contribution
Provide technical support to project managers on larger or complex projects
Support sales teams by analysing specifications and contributing to technical offers
Act as a technical reference for customers regarding products, quality and services
Work closely with product managers and service teams in a collaborative environment
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in medium‑voltage systems
Solid knowledge of medium‑voltage power distribution, equipment and regulations
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Capable of optimising solutions from both a technical and economic perspective
Comfortable in a client‑facing role
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
You are familiar with IT (MS-Office...)
