Mission
FOCUS is currently managed within the business unit by two product owners who also play the role of project manager, as well as an incident manager/technical coordinator.
We are looking for someone to strengthen the team by playing the role of product owner/business analyst.
Your tasks will include:
Product Owner :
Know the applications from A to Z at the business and functional level
Be the point of contact for users
Collect and analyze the business and functional needs of the applications for which you are responsible
Collaborate with the Product Owner on the supplier side.
Regularly report to the Program Manager.
Business Analyst:
Participate in the business and functional analyses of the new modules
Model ASIS and TOBE (BPMN) processes
Collect and analyze business and functional needs
Coordinate impact assessments (legal, security,...)
Collaborate with vendors (internal and external) who are responsible for the technical development of applications
Collaborate and communicate with the various stakeholders (and be able to adapt your communication style according to the audience)
Bridging the gap between the business and the technical and security teams
Change Management :
Supporting end users in the use of the various tools at their disposal:
Participate in and/or give information/training sessions
Create and maintain documentation
Communicate news, changes, problems via the communication channels provided for this purpose
