In order to reinforce our Valuations team and enable further growth, we are looking for a motivated, bright individual with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience for a (Senior) Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process;
* You will manage workflow and activities of staff and coordinate and interact with other teams, e.g., Audit, Tax & Legal, and Risk;
* You will coordinate staff to perform market and financial research, analyze financial statements, conduct pricing or valuation analyses, and produce valuation reports;
* You will build or extend your own business network and establish long-lasting relationships with clients by providing advice as a trusted advisor.

Skill Requirements
* Masters' degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (M&A, financial modeling, and valuations);
* Knowledge of different valuation techniques that can be applied to value companies, businesses, intangible assets, financial instruments...
* Experience in managing a team in a fast-moving environment with changing client requirements;
* Strong presentation skills;
* Experience in one or more of the following sectors is considered an asset: Technology, Financial Services, Energy, and infrastructure;
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions;
* Excellent organizational and planning skills and able to perform consistently at a high level and at times under high pressure while adhering to strict deadlines;
* Strong experience and willingness to engage in business development;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
