About you and this role Dow's Consumer Solutions business is seeking a Product Stewardship Specialist for its Personal Care Products portfolio, based in Seneffe, Belgium. This role strengthens our commitment to fast, accurate, and customer-centric support - helping customers navigate product safety, compliance, and regulatory expectations with confidence. As a Product Stewardship Specialist, you will ensure the safe and compliant use of our products by responding to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and regulatory inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders. You'll work at the intersection of customer care, product compliance, and regulatory frameworks - driving clear communication, accurate documentation, and efficient handling of high-priority requests. You will also partner closely with enterprise product stewardship teams and technical experts worldwide to support our customers - and our business - with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Respond to customer EH&S and regulatory inquiries using internal tools and escalate specialized questions to appropriate experts. Follow escalation procedures for missing responses, RDS statements, toxicology-related requests, and distribute product communications as needed. Record and monitor inquiries to ensure accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and quick action on high-priority cases. Identify recurring inquiry trends and collaborate with Enterprise PSS to improve self-service resources. Prioritize inquiries using real-time metrics and business input, aligning with customer expectations. Support projects related to harmonizing product EHS information and ensure accurate documentation of interactions. Provide training to CIG and other customer-facing teams on EH&S information handling. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene, or a specialized EH&S discipline (e.g. Product Stewardship, Product Regulatory, Sustainability). 3 years of relevant industry experience or an EH&S-related function Strong working knowledge of products, markets, and global regulatory frameworks - ideally with Silicones Products and applications for Home & Personal Care products Proficiency with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP is an advantage. Excellent command of English and French Your Skills A strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering accurate and timely information. Curiosity and commitment to expanding your knowledge of chemistry, international regulatory frameworks, and silicone chemistry. Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical experts, business teams, and global partners. Highly self-organized and independent, with confidence in making sound, well-reasoned decisions. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw clear, logical conclusions from complex information. Effective stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination among internal and external partners.
