Overview
* Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant responsible for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, with a focus on sales order management, pricing, billing, and revenue realization in SAP S/4HANA.
* This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions to support revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), deep understanding of order fulfillment processes, and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP implementations.
Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
* Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions aligned with business and commercial objectives.
* Architect end-to-end O2C processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns and Customer Claims.
* Define pricing strategies, discount structures, and customer hierarchies.
* Ensure seamless integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics processes.
Implementation and Configuration
* Configure and implement SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
* Support integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and logistics/warehouse operations.
* Configure pricing procedures, billing types, and output determination.
* Enable real-time order tracking and reporting using S/4HANA capabilities.
Project Management & Delivery
* Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables for O2C workstreams.
* Lead business workshops with sales, customer service, and finance stakeholders.
* Ensure successful delivery across all project phases: design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.
* Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities.
Collaboration and Communication
* Act as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams.
* Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and vice versa.
* Drive alignment between commercial processes and system capabilities.
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.
Performance Optimization
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.
* Optimize pricing execution, billing cycles, and revenue realization.
* Enhance customer experience through streamlined order fulfillment.
* Leverage S/4HANA in-memory capabilities for real-time sales and operational insights.
Job Requirements
Key Skills
* Deep expertise in SAP SD (ECC + S/4HANA).
* Strong experience with Pricing and Billing (mandatory), Sales Order Processing, Credit Management, and Returns/dispute management.
* Integration knowledge with FI, MM, and logistics/warehouse systems.
* Understanding of order fulfillment processes in manufacturing environments.
* S/4HANA knowledge (Fiori apps, embedded analytics).

Essential Requirements
* Language: Fluent English (mandatory – business and technical communication).

* Industry Experience: Manufacturing (REQUIRED), Automotive (strong plus).
* Project Experience: At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
* Proven ability to work in complex, global transformation programs.
