Ready to take on new challenges and accelerate your career in marketing? Join a leading Belgian IT services group as a Senior Project Manager, Marketing, and play a key role in driving impactful digital and marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, from content creation to marketing automation, in a fast-evolving technological environment. This freelance mission offers an initial duration of 3 months, with potential for extension.
What are your responsibilities?
As Senior Project Manager Marketing, you will:
* Manage multiple marketing and digital projects in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
* Create engaging video content for social media and the website (customer testimonials, short formats, event aftermovies, etc.)
* Develop various marketing materials (presentations, flyers, brochures, etc.)
* Contribute to the implementation and management of marketing automation processes (notably via Salesforce)
* Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on improvement action plans
* Update and optimize website content (events, products, blog articles, news) in coordination with the team
* Support and manage email marketing activities, including database handling and tool integration
* Measure performance of campaigns and initiatives, and report on key KPIs
* Assist in the organization of events and webinars
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field xphnsxz
* Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and project management (content, video, social media, events, surveys), ideally within an agency environment
* Strong interest in ICT and new technologies
* Autonomous, proactive, and capable of making strategic recommendations
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
* Team player with a positive, dynamic, and hands-on mindset
* Fluent in French and English (excellent written skills required); Dutch is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
