We look forward to your application!Responsibilities:Develop annual brand plans in collaboration with the internation brand team, with clear objectives for volume, KPIs, and budgets.Create communication, activation, and innovation plans for our non alcoholic brandsCoordinate and ensure flawless execution of brand plans, from ATL to BTL in close collaboration with commercial teams.Brief creative and media agencies to develop strategic communication and maintain brand consistency.Develop activation plans to support the sales teams (on and off trade).Monitor budgets and report monthly results in a timely manner.Lead inspiring presentations during national sales meetings.Regular updates of market analysis (consumer trends, competitive set, Nielsen) and draw relevant conclusions for improvement actions.Responsible for efficient information flow between international brand lead and BeNeLux teamStakeholder management : keep up a good information flow and relationship with finance, supply chain, sales managers, field teams,...Reports to Marketing Director (not based in Belgium – quarterly meetings will be planned in person)COMPETENCIES: Master degree or bachelor or equivalent of practical experience.At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing incl. brand management, communication and trade marketingExperience in working with agencies including media agenciesStrong in strategy development and able to share clear recommendations.Experienced in working within a small cross-cultural and cross-national team with a hands-on mentality; ready to work on a large scope of tasks.Strong team player whilst being able to defend your convictions.Enjoying working with a level of freedom within a clear framework.Dynamic, energetic, and a true team player with a “can-do” attitude.Independent, well-organized, and solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.Good MS-Office user skillsLanguages: Very good level of Dutch, French and English neededWillingness to travel in Europe for international meetings.What We Offer:A stimulating job where you can work with a high level of autonomy within a family business that values passion, responsibility, dynamism, entrepreneurship, and teamwork.A full-time permanent contract, in line with the terms of the Joint Committee 200.A competitive salary based on your education and experience, with additional benefits (company car, laptop, expense allowance, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).Work Location:Industrielaan 16-20, 1740 Ternat, BelgiumInterested in this role?Don’t hesitate to send your CV to jobs@haeltermangroup.be Applications will be reviewed during the week of August 4.
