Host position Jalousy is looking for a Host to join its team. Position: The Host is the first point of contact and the face of Jalousy. This role is key in setting the tone of the night from the very first interaction. At the door, the Host ensures a smooth and respectful entry experience by communicating the house rules and the overall mindset of the venue. This includes awareness around respect, consent, behavior, and maintaining a curated atmosphere aligned with Jalousy’s identity. As a gatekeeper, the Host plays an essential role in shaping the crowd and preserving the energy of the space. This involves selecting guests at the door and ensuring the right balance to maintain a high-quality, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. The role combines hospitality, intuition, and responsibility, balancing control with a strong sense of care and atmosphere.
