The role As a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards (Benefits Delivery), you will play a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will ensure a smooth and accurate transition of employee benefits, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience. Key responsibilities Coordinate the operational integration of employee populations following acquisitions, ensuring compliance and alignment with regional benefits standards Manage and support third-party vendor onboarding and assessment processes, ensuring adherence to strict privacy and security requirements Act as a key point of contact between payroll, shared services, HR teams, and local stakeholders to resolve complex employee queries Analyze benefits data (utilization, costs, trends) and translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-making Support the development and delivery of employee communications to enhance understanding and engagement with benefits programs Your profile Experience in benefits administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operations Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across international teams Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts is a plus Familiarity with Workday is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred Why apply?
