We are looking for a Business Process Owner / Process Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end business processes across analysis, design, and implementation phases. You will play a key role in driving process excellence and transformation, ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end business processes (from analysis to implementation) Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Design and implement optimized process solutions Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption Translate business needs into functional and process requirements Ensure process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement Support implementation and delivery phases, including testing and validation Work in environments involving Azure-based solutions and modern architectures Requirements Proven experience as a Process Owner, Process Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst Strong experience with end-to-end process management (analysis → design → implementation) Experience in the insurance sector (mandatory or strong asset) Experience working in complex xjsrcvq enterprise environments Knowledge or exposure to Azure / cloud-based ecosystems Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with process modelling (BPMN, workflows, etc.) Nice to Have Experience in digital transformation or process optimization programs Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments Experience with integration / cross-system workflows
