Context:
* Client has the JIRA platform and certain additional modules (Xray Test Management, SLA Powerbox, JIRA Service Management, EazyBI for Jira, etc.) for tracking requests in the context of different professions and various types of uses.
* The Tooling Support Center is responsible for the Jira platform and is responsible for coordinating its development and correction activities, as well as its integrations with third-party tools.
The main JIRA components and add-ons are:
* Jira Software is used for tracking application development and maintenance via agile and waterfall modes.
* Xray Test Management is used for writing and monitoring tests carried out on applications under maintenance or development.
* Jira Service Management is used by operations teams to track change requests, incidents, and release tracking for business applications.
* EazyBI for Jira is used by Jira users to report on their respective projects.
* Client Digital also uses Confluence to centralize information from JIRA and add-ons, as well as document the applications and products developed.
* Jira Datacenter and Confluence Datacenter 9.2.4 are currently in use.
* Development, test, validation, and production environments are available.
Mission objective:
* Strengthen the Client Digital JIRA team by providing Scrum Master expertise to coordinate operational activities.

Mission Activities:
* Organize the activities of the members of the Tooling support center, in collaboration with the manager and the product owner.
* Make the necessary contacts with other teams to advance activities related to the platform's projects.
* Facilitate the removal of obstacles.
* Lead and coordinate meetings necessary for projects and management of requests addressed to the support center.
* Ensure the implementation of metrics to monitor the proper functioning of the support center.
