Duties & Role:



• Definition of functional analysis, use cases, and mock-ups.

• Preparation of technical background documents and presentations for Technical Working Group sessions.

• Preparation and follow-up of exchanges with the internal team and stakeholders (e.g. surveys, enquiries, specific requests).

• Management and maintenance of the project schedule.

• Coordination and review of team activities and task prioritisation.

• Reporting of progress, issues and risks.

• Assistance with internal reporting.

• Interaction with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, developers and external contractors.


Skill, Knowledge & Experience:


• Very good knowledge of project and program management methodology.

• Good knowledge of mobile applications.

• Good knowledge of interoperability between IT systems.

• Ability to give business and technical presentations.

• Ability to apply high quality standards and attention to detail.

• Ability to cope with urgent and/or conflicting requirements and to prioritise.

• Very good analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

• Ability to participate in technical meetings with different stakeholders.

• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work in a team with different profiles (e.g. IT, business, administrative procedures, etc.).


Mandatory Experience and Education:


• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education.

• At least 10 years in project management.

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile applications projects.

• At least 3 years in interoperability of IT systems.

• At least 3 years in definition of functional requirements for IT systems.

• At least 3 years interacting and reporting to IT and non-IT stakeholders.

• Certified in PM2 or equivalent certification.

• English (C1).

• Start date: ASAP.

• Long-term assignment.
