This role is part of an IT Architecture team responsible for maintaining and developing the organization's application portfolio. The position involves managing a central enterprise architecture repository, supporting the setup of application portfolio management, and facilitating collaboration between business and IT stakeholders. The role combines operational support with contribution to strategic architecture initiatives, ensuring that data, models, dashboards, and documentation are accurate, complete, and actionable.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and continuously update the central enterprise architecture repository, ensuring all applications, interfaces, models, and documentation are accurate and complete.
* Consolidate and validate application metadata and ownership by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
* Process and respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding repository access, updates, and usage, including user permissions management.
* Provide guidance on modeling standards, best practices, and correct repository usage, including support with scripting where relevant.
* Set up dashboards, support reporting, and drive industrialization of reports to provide scalable insights into the application landscape.
* Monitor changes in the application portfolio, ensuring accurate mapping between business processes and applications, reflecting updates, decommissions, and new implementations.
* Support testing and deployment of repository updates and coordinate with development teams and system providers as needed.
