Mission
* Knowledge about solid, liquid and gaseous radioactive waste types and treatment
* Knowledge about treatment and conditioning of solid radioactive waste
* Co-development (with senior experts) of waste management strategies
* Writing technical specifications, technical follow-up of contracts and commissioning of installations for the treatment and/or conditioning of radioactive waste.
* Verify the technical work performed by your peers
* Provide regular feedback about ongoing activities
* Actively engage in knowledge sharing with others
* Working in close relationship with the final client and interact with Safety Authorities and Radioactive Waste Management Agencies.
Profile
* You have a master's degree in engineering / sciences / physics / chemistry
* You know French or Dutch and English
* You have knowledge on the working principles of a Nuclear Power Plant (type Pressurized Water Reactor)
* You have knowledge about waste management systems of the Belgian NPPs is an asset
* You have working experience in the nuclear sector
