Responsibilities
for the Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) Role
1. Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
2. Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across all works.
3. Coordinate all snagging, commissioning, and handover activities, maintaining tight control over quality and documentation.
4. Work closely with client and contractor teams to identify issues early and develop practical, effective solutions.
5. Implement and manage project control procedures to ensure consistent delivery standards.
6. Lead and attend key project meetings, communicating progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders.
7. Review and manage project variations, extensions of time, and risk mitigation plans.
About You
We’re interested in speaking with experienced Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) who have successfully delivered large, complex construction projects within the Data Centre environment.
You will bring:
8. Proven Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) in large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10. A project management certification (or working towards one, support can be provided).
11. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
12. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
13. A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering excellence in a team environment.
