Your role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll match IT talent with exciting opportunities and build lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with our clients and help them think strategically about their talent needs.
Your responsibilities
* You manage the full recruitment cycle, from intake to contract signature, for both freelancers and consultants.
* You conduct qualitative intake interviews and translate them into clear candidate profiles.
* You match candidates to the right opportunities and provide ongoing follow-up throughout their assignment.
* You proactively contribute to improvements in processes, candidate experience and sourcing strategies.
* You act as a true ambassador of our culture in every interaction.
Who we’re looking for
* You have at least 3 years of experience in (IT) recruitment.
* You have strong people skills.
* You understand IT profiles or you’re genuinely eager to deepen your knowledge.
* You’re proactive, result-driven and thrive in a team environment.
* You can communicate clearly with both candidates and clients.
