Alternative vaguer: Our client stands as a globally renowned leader in financial telecommunications.Position Overview: Customer Interactions cluster is looking for a senior business Analyst to collect, study, prioritize, co-ordinate high quality customer requirements and to make the bridge between the business and the squad members (development and quality assurance) by co-creating with them the best design and solutions for the expressed business needs.This position is initially to cover a mission of 9 months in the GTMO squad who is in charge of delivering the ordering solutions coming from product teams within the Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Activation value streamsWhat you'll do:Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of business requirements and business processes for large size/complexity/system risk projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements.Ensure that the non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.Build and maintain the business processes mapping in ARISFacilitate discussion among the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirementsCollaborate closely with development and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment.
