We're looking for a skilled IT Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating IT services, field operations, and supplier performance. Your goal will be to track service quality, manage assets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* IT Support Coordination: Coordinate IT support and field activities across various internal teams.
* Incident Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of incidents and follow up on recurring issues.
* Asset Management: Manage hardware inventories and asset tracking.
* Problem Management: Contribute to problem management and identify gaps in service.
Requirements:
* Experience in IT Support, Field Operations, or Service Coordination.
* Familiarity with Supplier Management and Performance Monitoring Frameworks.
* Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills.
