Position
* You are responsible for the sales of endotherapeutic instruments for the region Antwerp - Limburg and the Flemish part of Brabant.
* You give support, product information and training towards health care professionals in the gastro-intestinal and bronchoscopic field. You actively offer assistance and advice in hospital endoscopy rooms.
* The product portfolio is highly innovative and includes different products, such as VisiGlide2, DualKnifeJ, ViziShot2, SutuArt, SecureFlex and many others.
* During your onboarding, you are intensively trained on the products so you can build up technical knowledge and expertise in the portfolio, in order to assure and reinforce the company market share.
* You analyze the customers’ needs to propose the correct technical solutions.
* You prepare and negotiate technical offers, customized to the customer.
* You participate actively in the tender processes.
* You organize and attend demonstrations, fairs and congresses.
* You are responsible for your own planning and follow-up of customer visits.
* You keep your eyes open to get to know the market, products and competition.
* You are responsible for prospecting and the realization of your commercial targets.
* You can count on the strong know-how of your colleagues and manager.
* You will be coached by the Sales Manager to whom you report.
Profile
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of commercial experience. A background as a nurse, physiotherapist or physical education is a plus.
* Experience in medical devices (disposables) or pharma, and knowledge of hospital environment and healthcare trends.
* Experience with tender processes is an asset.
* Fluent user of MS Office and CRM systems.
* You have a native level of Dutch and you are fluent in English. A professional knowledge of French is an extra asset.
* You are a commercial expert with a strong drive for results and strong negotiation skills. You are able to analyze, segment, and target key accounts, as well as maintain existing customer loyalty while prospecting for new clients.
* You take responsibility, are resilient and can cope with failure.
* You think out-of-the box and can come up with creative solutions.
* You have technical, IT and AI skills & interests, and are able to gain insight into a broad and complex range of products.
