As a Transport Planner you will play a key role within the European logistics organization. You will be responsible for transport planning mainly for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work with a mix of in-house drivers and subcontractors and collaborate daily with internal stakeholders such as customer service, sales, and operations. You will join a young, international logistics team where collaboration, goal orientation, and clear communication are essential. As you will currently be in a team of 2 for this region, the role offers a high level of responsibility and impact. Over time, there are clear opportunities to grow into other logistics or supply chain roles. During the onboarding period, you will work fully from the office, with the possibility to work hybrid later on.
Profiel
* Fluent German (professional level); good command of English
* Bachelor level or equal by experience
* Relevant experience in transport planning or logistics is a strong plus, but not necessary
* Strong organizational skills, stress-resistant, and goal-oriented (KPI-driven mindset)
* Comfortable working with IT systems; solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Strong communicator and team player in a multicultural environment
Aanbod
* Permanent contract within a stable, international organization
* Gross monthly salary up to approx. €3,500, depending on experience
* Annual bonus up to 7.5% of the gross annual salary (based on individual and company targets)
