Your key responsibilities:
* Prepare the monthly sales cycles, including budgets, objectives, and planning
* Set up and update sales cycles in Salesforce for the Field Force
* Plan and coordinate the sales visits of the Field Force team
* Monitor and maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
* Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) and ordering system run smoothly and support business needs
* Identify and suggest improvements to tools, processes, and ways of working
* Share reports and updates with the Field Force to keep everyone aligned
* Join and contribute to regular sales meetings.
What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant role
* Experience in FMCG is a strong plus
* Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a bonus)
* Great listening skills, a willingness to learn, and open to stepping out of your comfort zone
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
* Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
* Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce & Power BI are pluses)
