The team leader is responsible for the controls engineering team of approximately 5–10 members. This role involves applying standardized solutions to meet project specifications, ensuring that the design and implementation align with predefined guidelines. Importance of the team leader lies in guiding the team members both personally and professionally. The team leader must secure the planning of his teams and follow up weekly the progress of each project of each team member.
