In Hays we are seeking an Insight Manager position for an important multinational company in the consumer goods sector, based in Madrid. This is a strategic role within the Global Insights department, focused on driving data-based decision-making across product categories and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Primary Research: Lead in-house studies, generate actionable insights on product usage and consumer behavior, and support product development with professionalized data.
* Secondary Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and regional growth opportunities. Deliver strategic reports to guide category and commercial decisions.
* Project Management: Manage research projects with a budget. Select and oversee external agencies, ensure methodological rigor, and leverage DIY platforms for efficient execution.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Category Managers, Product Design, Marketing and Commercial teams
Candidate Profile
* Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and clarity in presenting conclusions.
* Proven experience in research.
* Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
* Project management capabilities with international exposure.
* Tools: SPSS, Stattista, IQVIA.
* Fluent in English mandatory.
* Experience in personal care or related FMCG sectors is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent internal communication skills.
