We are looking for an experienced
Commercial Excellence Manager
to support the definition, deployment, and execution of the Commercial Excellence strategy in Central Europe. This role plays a critical part in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing margin performance, and strengthening commercial operations through structured frameworks, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the
Vice President Central Europe
, this position acts as a strategic partner to the commercial teams. While the role has no direct reports, it requires strong influence, stakeholder management, and hands-on ownership of key commercial initiatives across the region.
In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Defining and driving the Commercial Excellence agenda aligned with global strategy and business priorities.
* Leading initiatives related to pricing, revenue optimization, customer segmentation, and commercial performance management.
* Establishing structured KPIs, dashboards, and performance cadences to monitor and improve commercial outcomes.
* Driving cross-functional projects to optimize commercial processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and senior stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you have:
* A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a strong asset.
* 3 to 10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Required languages given the area of scope: English, Dutch, German, and French ideally.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM, BI, and analytics tools.
