Laboratoires Grand Fontaine is an international company headquartered in Barcelona, specialized in medical nutrition products. We are looking for an intern to support our Sales team. Main Task
The Customer Service & Commercial Assistant will support the team in the following areas:
* Provide customer support (mainly via email and phone), ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Manage and process orders end-to-end, coordinating lead times, stock and deliveries with Supply/Logistics.
* Track orders, pricing and customer forecasts.
* Maintain customer databases and commercial documentation up to date.
* Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
* Prepare periodic sales reports.
* Manage incidents and customer claims in coordination with Quality and other departments.
* Coordinate internally with different teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Prepare meeting minutes / summaries for customer meetings.
Your Profile
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Commerce or similar.
* Able to sign a 6-month internship agreement.
* Interest in developing a career in Customer Service and Sales support in a B2B environment.
* Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
* Professional English & Spanish level (mandatory).
