Your key Areas of Responsibility
* You collaborate with a supportive team to ensure DXC remains a trusted advisor to our clients.
* You participate in workgroups, sessions, and interviews to understand functional and technical strategies in the Energy & Technology sector.
* You conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and—with guidance—draw insights and make actionable recommendations.
* You advise clients and help shape their strategic approach.
* You contribute meaningfully to DXC’s methods and tools community, known for its close collaboration with other innovators.
Your profile
* You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Energy & Utilities space or related domains, of which a couple of years of prior experience gained either at a recognized advisory boutique or with a well-established industry player known for delivering impactful solutions in the Energy & Utilities sector or related domains.
* You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field that equips you with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
* You have a strong interest in analyzing sector‑specific challenges and are capable of thinking in a solution‑oriented manner.
* You can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* You possess excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach across various levels of an organization.
* You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French, enabling effective communication in a multilingual environment.
* You are motivated to grow into leadership roles, actively shaping client engagements, proposing impactful solutions, and ensuring their successful delivery.
* You hold—or are working toward—certifications such as ITIL, PMI, or equivalent, which are regarded as valuable assets in this role.
