* You translate client requirements into a precise technical design for equipment, piping, and mechanical components.
* You execute conceptual designs and basic engineering for projects, including layout, design, and calculations.
* You investigate and propose a variety of technical solutions for specific engineering needs.
* You provide input for HAZOP risk analyses and ensure adequate measures are implemented in the design.
* You participate in procurement activities related to projects, overseeing the process from inquiry to invoicing.
* You prepare budgets and contribute to project planning within your discipline.
* You discuss the construction file with site supervisors and provide technical support during project execution and startup.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's Degree in Engineering
(preferably electromechanics) or have equivalent experience.
* You have over
10 years of relevant experience
in designing process equipment installations.
* You possess strong technical skills in calculations such as heat and mass balances, and equipment design.
* You are proficient in
AutoCAD
and capable of using 2D and 3D visualization software.
* You exhibit strong organizational skills and are disciplined, working autonomously.
* You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be both a team player and decision-maker.
* You have a valid
VCA certification
.
* You are fluent in
Dutch
and
English
, both spoken and written.
* Basic knowledge of
German
and
French
is a plus.
* You are open to being on-site in Olen for a minimum of 3 days a week.
