As a Business Analyst at Odoo, our mission is to implement Odoo software solutions and work closely with clients to ensure they make the best use of the Odoo applications (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites, and more). By understanding your client's needs and processes and delivering personalized training, you'll become the go-to person for all management solutions.
Picture yourself managing a variety of exciting projects (around 6) at the same time. From your first weeks, you’ll dive into your initial challenges, supported by your new colleagues. You’ll grow more independent over time, while benefiting from teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Project Implementation (80%)
* Gain the trust of your customers
* Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
* Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
* Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
* Follow the project and communicate about its status and ongoing tasks
* Organize and follow up Odoo implementations
* Identify digital and strategic opportunities
* Internal improvement (20%)
* Provide feedback to the Product Owners
* Coaching & Training
* Feedback for department improvement
Must Have
* 0 to 2 years of experience in IT/ERP Project
* Fluent in English, French AND Dutch
* Learn fast & multitask
* Good communication/negotiation skills
* Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
* Affinity with the IT world
* Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to Have
* Fluent in any other European language
* Experienced in management software implementation
* Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)
