Go-To-Market Specialist – English (French or Dutch is a plus) - ALTEN Belgium
The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Go-To-Market Specialist to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
As a Go-To-Market Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
* Define, support, and implement go-to-market strategies for EV charging and fleet solutions (EV + wallboxes).
* Act as the link between external suppliers and national market entities to ensure consistent roll-out across different countries.
* Analyze market feedback, propose innovative actions, and adjust strategies to fit local customer needs.
* Develop marketing and sales tools to promote the solutions towards B2B clients and fleet managers.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align product positioning and value proposition.
* Work in a “start-up” style team, bringing creativity, proactivity, and a test-and-learn mindset.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* 3–5 years of experience in a Go-To-Market, Business Development, or Marketing role, ideally within the automotive, energy, or mobility sector.
* Proficiency in project management and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM, market analysis tools).
* Language(s): English mandatory; French or Dutch is a strong plus.
* Strong analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in proposing new ideas and solutions.
