Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality profiles, is looking for a Hospitality Business Manager on behalf of a fast-growing hotel operator managing several properties in Belgium and abroad.
Your Mission:
The Strategic Link Between Ownership, Operations & Business, reporting directly to the Group’s Executive Team, you will act as the owner’s representative on all business-related matters.
You will work closely with the hotel General Managers, Sales Directors, and Revenue Managers to challenge, support, and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partner to the Hotels: challenge commercial and financial performance, support GMs, DOSMs, and RMs with action plans and strategy execution.
* Reporting & Analysis: monitor KPIs, support data-driven decisions, and ensure clear reporting to ownership.
* Strategic Liaison: bridge the gap between owners’ expectations and operational realities.
* Development Projects: contribute to new hotel openings, acquisitions, and integration of newly acquired properties.
Requirements
* Strong commercial background, ideally as Director of Sales / DOSM within a hotel group.
* Solid knowledge of Revenue Management and financial performance analysis.
* Hands-on operational experience in Front Office and/or F&B is a plus.
* Previous experience in branded hotel environments or structured hotel chains.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
* Ideally based in Belgium and open to occasional international travel.
* You have a strong personality, thrive under pressure, and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
* You enjoy challenging the status quo and driving change.
