In this senior role, you will be responsible for architecting Design for Test (DFT) solutions for complex System on Chips (SoCs) in advanced semiconductor nodes.In this role you will play a key role in:Architecting comprehensive DFT solutions for SOCs with multiple sub-blocks/partitions and complex soft/hard IPsCoordinating and negotiating DFT requirements with project teams and customersImplementing and validating innovative DFT techniques on SOCs and sub-systemsDefining timing constraints for DFT test-modes to ensure design integrityInserting boundary scan, compression, MBIST/Repair, and OPCG (OCC) for large-scale low-power designs in advanced nodes (7nm and beyond)Generating test patterns, debugging and improving fault coverage for optimal resultsCollaborating with physical design teams to address timing violations, signal/power integrity issues, and routing congestionWorking closely with test engineering teams on silicon characterization and validationYOUR PROFILE15+ years of experience in digital ASIC design, with 10+ years of specialized experience in DFT insertion and ATPGProven experience as a DFT lead defining chip- and block-level DFT specifications in projects with hierarchical DFTExpert knowledge in IEEE 1149.1, 1149.6, and 1687 (IJTAG) standards and associated file formats (ICL, PDL)Hands-on experience defining SDC constraints for DFT and implementing comprehensive test solutions for large low-power designs in advanced nodesProficiency with EDA tools such as Genus/Modus (Cadence) and Tessent (Siemens), and simulation toolsStrong scripting skills, particularly in TCLBasic fluency with Verilog/VHDL to write code for test logic when neededExperience with defining DFT flows and using tools like Tessent SSN is a plusWhat You Will Love About Working HereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
