Your Work Context
As the administrative centre of our valorisation site in Hulsdonk, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly both on and off‑site: you’ll welcome visitors and partners with a touch of flair, manage quotations, invoices and land registry records, and support the site team by closely monitoring contracts, payments and samples. With your organisational skills and hands‑on approach, you’ll keep the whole site running smoothly.

Your Role
For our site in Hulsdonk, we are looking for an administrative all‑rounder to ensure the smooth operation of our resource recovery site and to provide administrative support to the site team.
Your responsibilities
* You welcome suppliers, lorry drivers, customers, subcontractors, and visitors, and handle telephone enquiries.
* You are responsible for the site’s administration:
o You prepare quotations and sales invoices.
o You manage the soil bank administration.
o You prepare purchase orders and handle the administrative follow‑up of contracts and purchase invoices.
o You monitor payments and manage accounts receivable.
o You assist with monthly and annual closings.
* You regularly take samples on site.
What do you need to have?
* You have at least an A2‑level qualification in an administrative field or relevant work experience.
* You are punctual and reliable — you open the site daily at 7 a.m.
* You have strong interpersonal skills, communicate easily with drivers, and work with administrative accuracy.
* You speak and write Dutch fluently; knowledge of English and/or French is an asset.
* You hold a Category B driving licence.
* You work independently and ensure that on‑site operations run efficiently and are well organised.
