Here’s what you’ll do:
As Customer Service Officer, located in Ardooie (Belgium), you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth "order to cash" process for our diverse global customer base across both retail and foodservice markets. With a passion for customer service and process optimization, you can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of key business improvements.
You take full ownership of customer creation, item creation, order intake, stock checks, alternative proposals, timely deliveries, and complaint management.
You enhance business processes by working on projects that focus on efficiency, standardization, synergies, and data-driven optimization within your area of expertise.
You contribute to analyzing key master data to improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and identify new efficiencies.
You invest in document automation and act as an SAP (key) user, ensuring smooth process operations and effective solutions.
You share team responsibility with your customer service and sales support colleagues to deliver exceptional service to your customer portfolio.
This is where you recognize yourself:
You have a master’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or a similar field.
You are professionally fluent in English and Dutch. Additional European language skills are a plus.
An experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
You are a strong problem-solver, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, changing environment.
You have a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Above all, you have exceptional organizational skills and communicate proactively to ensure timely and accurate updates for both internal teams and customers.
