Job description
The IT OPS Solution architect is a key player in our on-going efforts to modernize the tooling underpinning our Service Operations at KTN. You will be responsible for the further development of the Service Operations tooling in accordance with ITSM best practices and business needs. Furthermore, you will be spearheading efforts to further implement an in-depth data driven and automated approach to IT OPS.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team and Project Management of tooling associated with ITAM, Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management.
2. Improve data architecture based on DDD-principles.
3. Gather business requirements and deliver solutions in collaboration with the development team.
4. Facilitate the inner workings of the project team according to Scrum / Agile-methodology.
5. Continuous improvement of the project team, ITSM-processes and tooling.
6. Innovate ITSM Processes with the help of AI-technology.

Experience
22. Minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience in a leadership / architectural role.
23. Experience in AI is a plus.
24. Experience in ITSM / an enterprise environment is a plus.
