Your Role: Contributing to Our Growth
You'll be an important part of our commercial development, working closely with our CEO. Your role will involve not only sales but also helping to lay the groundwork for our success. You'll explore new market possibilities, helping to turn technological potential into commercial achievements.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - How will you contribute?
Key Areas of Focus:
* Navigating Important Deals: You'll be involved in the competitive spaces of public markets and major frame agreements. You'll approach procurement processes with care and precision, aiming to position our solutions effectively.
* Presenting Technical Strengths: You'll review tender specifications and help create technically sound and compelling proposals. Your understanding of our technology will enable you to address requirements thoughtfully.
* Building a Valuable Network: You're skilled at building relationships. You'll identify, engage, and support a network of strategic distributors and integrators (through trade shows, etc.), fostering their enthusiasm for our brand and contributing to our sales efforts.
* Sharing Advanced Technology: You'll represent our innovative approach. With a good understanding of sales, you'll proactively look for new opportunities, demonstrate the capabilities of our Edge AI solutions, and help create awareness in the market.
* Connecting with Clarity: You'll serve as a valuable link between our engineers and our clients. You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts (AI, computer vision, camera hardware, field camera physical integration) and communicate their real-world benefits and ROI to various audiences, from technical staff to C-level executives.
The Profile We're Looking For: A Tech Sales Contributor
PREFERRED SKILLS
We're seeking a proactive candidate with a strong technical foundation.
* Language Skills: Mastering fluency is of the utmost importance. You should be comfortable with French, Dutch (Flemish), and English, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
* Technically Inclined: You have a solid technical background, perhaps with a master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Importantly, you have practical knowledge or good exposure to computer vision, artificial intelligence (AI), and camera technologies. You understand the distinctions between Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and you're interested in what's next.
* Sales Experience (Proactive Approach Preferred): You have a demonstrated history of success in B2B technical sales, especially with longer sales cycles. Your resume reflects your achievements, particularly with experience in public tenders and framework contracts .
* Relationship Builder: You have existing connections with distributors or integrators in the technology sector, or you can show your ability to build such a network (experience in Security/Defense/Maritime is a plus).
* Motivated and Focused: You are autonomous, focused on results, and consistently proactive. You prefer to generate leads rather than wait for them. You view challenges as opportunities and are driven by a desire to succeed.
* Partner Engagement for Distributors and Integrators: Proactively engaging and supporting our partners (onboarding, training, workshops, etc.) and distributors will be important for your success.
* Marketing and Product Strategy Input: Your insights from the field will be valuable. You'll actively contribute to the ongoing development of our marketing and product strategies by providing feedback from client interactions and market trends.
* Familiarity with Linux: While not a strict requirement, a comfort level with Linux environments is a significant advantage, indicating adaptability and technical curiosity.
* A valid driving license is necessary .
* Proximity for Collaboration: Ideally, you live within a 60km radius of our Péruwelz's office or are open to relocating. This proximity helps ensure smooth collaboration and effectiveness in your role.
